얼뜻 듣기로 캐나다 내에서 캐나다 시민권자 혹은 영주권자와 부부로서가 아닌 동거를 할 경우(남녀 관계없이) 동거 사실에 대한 증빙서류를 제출하면 영주권발급이 가능한 시스템이 있는게 맞는지요...
cic 사이트에서 대략 읽어보긴했으나 다음과 같이 부부사이에서만(in a conjugal relationship) 신청할수 있는건지 아님 단지 동거인으로써도 가능한건지요You are a common-law partner—either of opposite sex or same-sex—if you have been living with your sponsor in a conjugal relationship for at least one year. The year of living together must be a continuous 12-month period and cannot be intermittent periods that add up to one year. However, you are allowed temporary absences for short periods of time for business travel or family reasons.

단지 동거인으로서만 가능한거라면 1년동안의 같이 살아왔다는 증빙서류만 제출하면 되는건지 궁금합니다. 그리고 궁금한점은 joint bank account 라던지 utility의 joint는 어떻게 만들어야하는지...그 회사에 연락해서 이름을 두개 넣어달라고 하는건지 궁금합니다. 배우자 아닌 동거자의 영주권 신청에 대해서 알려주시면 감사하겠습니다.
